Remote Technical Support:
(Requiring a technician to connect to and trouble shoot a testing machine).
We offer unlimited Remote Technical Support for all Forney Testing Machines during the two-year warranty period. Please have your machine model and serial number available.
After that period, we continue to offer General Phone Support, but Remote Technical Support invoices at $150 per occurrence.
For ForneyVault® subscribers, post warranty remote technical support fees are waived for the life of your subscription.
